Anxiety isn't easy and comes out of nowhere. Just feel your feels and do some self care. I know easier said than done but coming from someone who experiences anxiety daily, it does get better. Doing something small for myself always helps. Love the spread
@@dsthunniplans I think I have an old one but it’s pretty simple: make a collage of nine pics on a square template (I use the PicFrame app but any would do) and then upload them to the Walgreens app to order prints. I pick them up every two weeks. Then you just cut them apart.
Jane Fonda did NOT tell me that step aerobics was so dang hard!! The leg warmers were hiding the sweat! I tried Fly step and realized that there is a reason the matriarch of the orcas doesn’t do step aerobics. 😂
Great video! When I was teaching, we had a butterfly kit. The butterflies grew and we let them go. Kids were amazed. Blessings.
