Dean Winchester is easily the best hero ever created. His entire story is so tragic and heartbreaking, enough for anyone to break but not Dean freaking Winchester. This guy just keeps trucking along, despite it all, despite being done, despite being tired, despite so much self-loathing and doubt, so much loss, so many let downs, he keeps fighting because that's what he knows and what he believes in. He's the best hero, period. I'm sticking to it.
Michael Lewis honestly though. Supernatural is so underrated and people don’t realize how the characters can relate to what people feel irl. Dean is honestly the best, although he may feel like he deserves all of this he really doesn’t, he really deserves a great world

I love Dean to pieces and I can relate to him about wanting to protect his brother and save others. But the only thing I can't relate to is the self-loathing. He's not worthless like he thinks. So everytime I see him beats himself over it, I just want to shake him and yell "staap it". I also dislike his angry dick mode every time something goes wrong.

To have virtually no childhood because he gave it to Sam. And then to watch everyone you love die ( more than once sometimes) . It's enough to break anyone
Maybe it's because I'm an older sibling. But I've always found Dean's story harder to take, more heart breaking. He's the character that I relate to, the one I always want to be okay and the one who can help me if I'm ever down. I adore him, and his mental health issues (cause there are some) and his drinking, his violent nature should 100% be focused on more. His constant protective nature is something that I am in awe of and also completely understand. He has given up so so much of himself and let go of many opportunities to save so many people and it breaks my heart. His mother has never been a mother, his father is more like a commanding officer than a parent and Sam does seem to be John's favorite, Sam got protected and Dean got punished for wanting a little space. Dean had to look after Sam constantly and when he didn't he was told he failed, and that has stuck with him through his whole life. Deny it all you want but in season 8 Sam abandoned Dean and the people he left behind (Kevin), he didn't try to save him, didn't look for him and kept a promise that was made to be broken, I was not a fan of that story-line, because although Sam would sacrifice himself, you saw that when he got freedom, he put himself first, when Sammy went to hell dean would try anything, he would still try to hunt and still try to keep an ear out for anything supernatural. Dean is the strongest and best character is this show for me because of his sacrifices and his never ending loyalty to his family (not just Sammy but Jodie, Cas etc) He is flawed and doesn't always do the right thing for the right reason but that makes him human and that makes him better than a lot of other TV show characters because you see what someone who has no options would do to save the people he loves. I adore Sammy but again i have this connection with dean that is what makes the show special, along with the sibling bond and J2.
Season 8 they wrote Sam and dean poorly. And off character. Dean turned his back on Benny. Sam gave up on dean. Sera gamble was gone and they did that garbage writing. I like to dismiss early season 8 character arc

Dean's pain and suffering has always been more emotional to me than Sam's. Theres times sam will say they work best together then he leaves him to go alone episodes later. I know they always come back for each other and stick up for each other but...dean. he always felt responsible to look after his brother and it's been pushed on him by his father a lot of his life. The times hes decided to nearly give up because it all feels pointless. Idk how to express it all

Hi. Im a big brother. For most of my life ive acted like this way to my brother. Ive made him dislike me, but for a reason. Ive never had a father, ever in my life, no money no brother to take care of me (even tho i have older brothers ). But hell i took care of my younger brother when it was needed of me. At the age of 7 , i helped him, took care of him, tried my damn hardest. But in the all of that matter nothing to my mother. Because she did not care if i was alright, only that my brother was alright. Then later years my mother could afford more clothes, better food. All after when i was an adult, living on my own. She only has cared for my brother and never me. Even tho he is a brat, i would die for him in a heartbeat.
I just hope they get the win they always wanted together I need no we need a happy ending for those boys they earned it Amazing video it made me cry 👏👏👏💔
