I believe they are going to create a whole cinematic universe around runeterra, and eventually all of the bigger regions will be featured. First we are getting arcane season 2, but who knows, they might be working on another region as well

I don't think this holds a candle to Arcane. Ruined king is kinda standard and full of plot conveniences. Arcane's story flows natural, character actions make sense, characters aren't just thrown in because they think they'll attract more fans (*cough* Yasuo *cough*).
