I saw the moon while I was feeding the horses tonight (2/21/24)
I looked up and felt protected and I smiled and said thank you ❤.
Huge changes are happening in my life and I could let fear come to the fore front and drive me into lots of negative emotions but I refuse to live in fear anymore.
My soon to be ex of 37yrs always pushed fear on me. He who is the mass narcissist is always living in fear cuz he lies so much. He mentally abused me for the whole relationship but I decided I was not living in fear of him anymore and I feel so much protection from the universe (yes even the moon) it make my heart over joyed!
I also left my narcissistic husband of 27 years around 18 months ago. I am starting to get my feet back on the ground! My life was fear based, and he constantly activated it in me all the time. I thought I was damaged or crazy but I know that it was not me. I’m healing from so much and I’m so grateful for these communities of loving kind people who share their own experiences and uplift everyone else.

I have been on a self love and healing journey since COVID hit and it has brought me many painful tests and some even more important lessons which were meant to bring into the next level of knowing my authentic self. I am finding my soul, found family and it has helped me become a kinder, more graceful person to myself. I am grateful for this journey and will keep on moving forward as I make the next steps. My past was extremely painful and I never thought I would find myself on the other side and here I am. Definitely feeling the shift of longer allowing self imposed limitations to hold place in my mind and heart even when others try and force their own opinions on me.
