The alarm/stair fall is 100 percent that last step not being in the right spot. Stairs should never stick out from the stairwell ending like that..... They even had to put 2 giant white stipes to try to avoid it because it wasn't designed properly... (the bottom 2 steps have white lines, the rest don't) Whoever is in charge of these stairs knows it was screwed up.

5:20 Yeah, this isn't gravity. This is system of particles. You normally do this kind of experiment with a single bucket full of water, not multiple. Having more than one independent units, increases the chances of it not working. There are multiple factors for why some of them fell but the others didn't. First, only the cups farther away from the centre fell. Second, there could be added resistance from the wood or even the rope. Third, he may have not been consistent with how he spun it-hence, giving enough time for some of them to fall down.

@@LBWmiami Centrifugal force has nothing to do with *why it fell.* It explains the tangentional direction of fall, not the fall itself.
the doors shut when the fire alarm is activated to help stop the spread of fire in a genuine fire scenario, they can still be opened manually to run through. The devices are called dorgard’s (where I’m from). Its just a latch that opens when it detects the noise of a fire alarm
