A young man from the village went to meet a Buddhist monk whose fame had spread far and wide. “Master I want to become your disciple,” said the man. “But why?” asked the monk. “Because I want to find God,” said he. The monk dragged him to the nearby stream and put his head under water. The man struggled, flailed his hands and legs. After a minute, the monk took him out of the water. The man was gasping for breath. “What did you want most when you was under water?” asked the monk. “Air,” replied the frightened man. “Good. Now go away and come back to me when you want God as much as you wanted air when you were under water,” replied the Buddhist monk. It's an old Zen story, but it kind of resembles the thirst that is necessary to motivate yourself; if you don't wholeheartedly motivate yourself, nothing helps.
It might just me but when i started doing this i ended up with depresion. Now i try to hangout with friends while at the same time have time for being alone. BALANCE IS KEY dont go, 100% Goggins find your own way listen to your gut dont let ego take over.
I started lifting seriously on my own in my garage about 15 years ago. I’m a ghost on social media. I’ve never once mentioned to anyone that I lift. Even when people noticed how huge I was getting and started asking me about it. I’d flat play it down like I didn’t know what they were talking about. I get a little kick out of that part. The lifting and fitness is all for me and looking after my family.
I GET IT, BRO! Jeez! I hear this phrase every time I look up improvement and educational videos from time to time. Nobody is coming to go and rescue any of us from uncertainty and depression no matter how we feel or how we live. Okay? Nobody is coming to save me! Only I can save myself! Hearing that phrase just makes me so mad, I could do a hundred push-ups right now. Shut up, and leave me alone. I'm working on it.
Once you feel this, you can never be alone again. Because from now on, you have You at your back. And that's the only one person which you will have relationship till the last day of your life. Don't ever forget this.
I struggle with this every day, trying to accept that I will create faceless enemies along the way of my success. I found from my own personal experience from being an overweight Cutecel to a Chad that you won't see the hate coming.
The people that want to try and "save you" are narcissist looking for a new supply... Normal people don't give a sh!t about you. If someones acting like they want to help you. you should run and make sure you don't let them make you dependent. Even once... even for something small... Don't even let people buy you lunch.
Thats true because the narc wants to put you in a place where you’re “other” and you’re always try to prove your progress to them and never good enough.
Because nobody wants you to do better than them just about even with them it's a sad reality everything about people being selfish and busting each other down etc
It's all about the why. If your answer is, man should become like a ho and sell what he's got because his answer to the question is ME, I should benefit in quid pro quo business, me me me and more me. I've found that the ho mentality is only partially useful. Yes, you should put yourself first, but it's an entirely different outcome when you put your community second. That's the meaning of life, and it's the law of exponential reward when you scale out your work to benefit the community and your community does the same. That's how a human labour network is supposed to work. And let's not forget, if you're socially isolated, it doesn't matter how much you produce, ultimately you're going to be easy, peasy pickings for the Dark Team that owns the international business machine.

** No one is coming
We should be able to live rest of our lives
Wow! I know…
No one is coming to save you, so save yourself, you are GodHimself, you are extremely powerful but you need to believe in your self.❤😊
There’s some truth to this. The earlier you accept it, the better. Now go train.
What’s all the soundtracks you were playing in the background, they pretty good for working out, I like
Aphex Twin - Stone In Focus (128 kbps), and Gallowdance (vladnerq remix)
