I was using the same telescopic gauge set as you, but decided to invest in a bore gauge tool for better accuracy.
Fractions of a millimetre can make a big difference w.r.t. piston clearances - as I've found out! 😮
Crumbs! That’s bad luck. I hope you manage to get a new piston or a decent cylinder (and in time for the event). My Innova is nowhere near ready so I certainly won’t be there! Les in Chester
