What can be in the road map without the justice to the lootters, killers and the polical decisions about the AL. Do you think that these can be solved within a year or so. ? Can the 16 year mess in system can be cleaned within 1 to 2 years or without that an elected government can be formed . And can the polical government will be able to clean up those or will they be allowed to clean up those by again hiring from their people ?
