This “downtown” layout has been raced on since 1982. With the exception of the few years the “Belle Isle” course was used instead. Not quite sure if this has anything to do with GM.

This must be what the GM executives piss their $ away on. Because it sure isn't building cars & clearly the track was built around the GM building.
