Cebu March 26, 2024 | A drive through Balambam while talking about the New Capitol and Bohol Loop.

I was in Balamban yesterday for a restaurant visit and after a hearty lunch was a 1 hour and 30 minutes trip back to the city. We passed by the area where the controversial Cebu Provincial Capitol project. Balamban also has interesting roads that would be favourites riders that I got reminded of the Bohol Loop controversy.
