At around 6:40 you show your preview design next to the actual product and the dragonfly blue bumper/triggers from the preview looks nothing like the blue on the actual controller, is that the case in real life or just the lighting in your studio changing what we see? Thank you.
@@shayrodYTdo you have one? Because I literally just got one from best buy and I have to press the buttons with some force that I haven’t used in previous controllers
Mans made my name a controller Color Palette with the Elite 2 Design Lab. 💀💀💀 PS: The cloth-like material over the charging doc has a bioadhesive strip behind it, and it's just to protect the pins over shipping... And well.... overtime use. I'd recommend to literally just rotate it 180° and keep it on there. It also prevents the controller from being under charge ALL the time. So if you flip it 180° and keep it there it allows you to just.... lift it beyond the pins, put the controller over it (which will just smush it and cause no harm) and charge it. Once you're done charging, take the controller off and the cloth will just sorta go back to it's position over the pins. Keeping them nice and proteced, and not constanlty charging your pad.
@@Itz_Dark_YTLook at it this way. It costs MSFT around $30 to make/ship these. What else explains MSFT's stock price, which has tripled in the past three years?
This video needs more love (I say that yet I haven't seen actually watched it yet💀)
Dude i completely agree
This is *exactly* what i was looking for 🥰
I'm blown away by your design labs controller
Great breakdown! Definitely a helpful video! This actually was the deciding factor to getting my own controller. Also....LOVE the background music! 😅
I really enjoyed this video I actually ordered one recently
I can’t believe you only have 191 subs…

It’s the lighting, just got mine today and the gold is exactly what I wanted, came here for an explanation on the felt bit
How does it hold up now about 5 months later? Performance wise and buttons holding up well? Looking into this.
I been wanting to buy one
I think you convinced me
Idk if the buttons are still unresponsive tho
R2d2 theme you mean nice
The secondary thumb sticks are the same ones on the original Xbox
sick controller
On the box does it say where its coming from, its a gift for my bf just wondering if hes able to see if it says from x box or Microsoft lol
So have you tried the Xbox Accessories app and noticed the inconsistent A button registration yet?
@@madji6886 I have 6 of them, including one new Elite Core and they are all the same. It's confirmed from MS support as well.
Does it have the same problems as the original elite series 2 controller, i.e. unresponsive buttons?
No

@@Skirtz8 yes and from design lab and no I have not had problems since I got it pretty sweet man
@@shayrodYT sweet I’m going to design my controller now and return this Xbox controller then!
@@Skirtz8 good luck dude hope you enjoy as much as I been
The extra thumb sticks are the same as the 360
Can you tell me why it cost more to add the paddles and case? Doesn’t that come together when you buy a standard elite 2 controller?
This is the xbox design lab where you buy them individually

💙💙💙 ya desearia tener un control xbox elite 2 color azul💙💙💙
The great problem with this controller is the huge inputlag.
For FPS games higth perfomance is the worse
Very nice video 👍
colors don't quite match...you should try to design a new one utilizing the new colors.
Are you mad?
No, you design your own. Respect the freedom of others.
How much did it cost tho?
bout 200$
Oh wow

Great looking controller. But, same slow shitty performance. Xbox Elite Series 2 next to an ASTRO C40 controller is nite and day.
I wish they would start adding hall effect sticks so that they don't develop drift.
