Put a set of super spring helper springs on my truck 6 years ago. They still look and function like new and really helped with squating while under load. I guess everybody's experience is different.
I guess we all have different experiences. I had a big wig air bag system on my truck for 10 years and talk about a horrible bouncy ride I absolutely hated it and it would jack my truck 10 feet in the air with 50 psi. I took them off and put the exact super springs on thats on your truck. Been on now for 5 years and love them I never have to adjust air pressure or have a bouncy ride or jack my truck up. Mine have held up great. I have actually advised people to go totally opposite from your video haha I guess what works for one doesn't always work for someone else.
Roadmaster Active S,uspension, with Timbrens, DONE. No maintenance, ever! Great ride and stock ride empty, and great with a very heavy load! Oh, easy install for both!
How is your suspension setup so far? I'm trying to decide which way I want to go. I'm putting a truck camper about 860 pound and myself, dog and stuff will get me close to payload max.
nice video sir , would air bags alone lift a 4wd truck inch or so with no load? in other words , is it a alternative to a lift kit ? anything else needed for adding to stock ram 1500? was thinking of buying air shocks also. i just want better stance (higher)and nice comfortabke ride. i dont usually have a heavy load or tow.. thank you
I'm just saying here those are one ton overloads you put on a motor home, this is probably your reason for having issues many of us use these on for big camp cab over campers and things like that I don't really believe a 1on overload was designed to be on the back of a motor home like that.

They might have a better way to mount the springs on different brands of trucks
Can I just take the leaf springs out of a f 250/350/450 and put them in my f150

Maybe they made the mounting brackets better

I started with airbags. Hated the bounciness even with shock change. Added leafs. Sway bars also add to effective spring rate.
I have the bags separated and haven't had that problem.
Got rid of some weight, too. I just might go for Sumosprings rather than Supersprings.
Do you just use a Schrader valves or do you have it on board compressor?
Schrader valves. It holds air for several months before it needs any added.
I appreciate the struggle sir 👍🏾👍🏾
Timbrens, add a leaf and Billsteins were the answer for my Tundra.

@stevenh4970 didn't give me the confidence I was looking for going to a 1500 lb camper. 860 will be fine though.
Got the add a leafs. Will install soon. Looking into timbrens
Thanks for the review
I wish I would have saw this a week ago. I bought Hellwig pro helper springs. Thank god kohl’s takes back amazon bought products too!
Did they handle bad? Or did they just end up sagging? I was looking forward to buying some lol
