- With the van parked up in Tasmania for the last 6 weeks, we’ve started tackling some of the items on our must do list, including the installation of smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide alarm. This has been long overdue and should be a priority for any RV’ing newbie, as these quick, inexpensive and easy to install products can literally save your life!
Paul continues learning on the Weber this week by cooking up a fantastic and full of flavour Thai fish curry, and the boys have loads of fun making colourful and crazy sock puppets to play with.
Stick around to the end of the episode as this week’s ‘Feel Good’ Throw Back takes us back to a day spent 4WD’ing Queensland’s spectacular Rainbow Beach and Coloured Sands. Our first beach driving in the new Hilux didn’t disappoint!
Plus, we’ve got a beautiful Mother’s Day gift pack up for grabs so jump over to our website and enter now to win! www.thefeelgoodfamily.com.au

We are an ordinary Australian family, creating extraordinary experiences. We've taken a leap of faith, packed up our lives, said goodbye to the 9-5 grind and hello to 24/7 - life as a traveling family!
Being complete caravanning newbies, we are hoping the experiences we share through our Family Travel Australia series will not only have an educational element, but will inspire you to take your own leap of faith, get outdoors and make memories that will last.
We live by the mantra "You don't need to see the whole staircase, just take the first step!"
Jasper is a little star 🌟. ‘These are the ingredients 😀’ .
He had so much fun with those puppets. Wonderful to hear him giggling and so happy.
He made me chuckle too. 😀🇬🇧 Xx
Thank you Carole! It was such a strange yet wonderful time in Tassie during lockdown. So grateful we have these memories of all the little things we did to stay occupied.... the puppets were definitely a hit! And they still travel in the car with us today! Hope you are well and happy 😊
@@TheFeelGoodFamily I am well. Thanks for asking. Happy continued travels. 😀
Thanks Jasper, a great presentation.
Another wonderful eclectic mix, very enjoyable. Those people at the entrance to Rainbow Beach weren't REALLY going to tow that van along there were they ?????? . . . unbelievable !!!, and you call yourselves 'newbies' ?!, . . . . . you're displaying a lot less newbie than that !!. :) Cheers, stay safe, and thanks for posting
Hey BigKev! Hope you have had a fantastic and full week 👍😊 you’ll love the Weber recipe this week... my best so far 😉

Are you guys still in Tassie?....where are you holed up?
Hey Dan, yes we are fortunately watered and powered at a friends property south of Hobart! Looking forward to some restrictions being lifted so we can hit the road and see more of Tassie - hope you well mate - where are you? Cheers
