The visa is initially granted for a period of 3 months? and it is mandatory to travel to the UK within one month?

I was already in the UK when I applied for GTV. However, if you applying from outside the UK, then in that case you are given the visa for 1 month initially I guess and in that time you have to travel to UK. Once you are here, you need to collect your Biometric Residence (BRP) from a post office
