Someone made a theory where oddinary is referencing Alice in wonderland, so for example Chan is the white rabbit, felix is Alice, Jisung is the mad hatter and Hyunjin is the heart queen. I think it would be cool if they really did something like that.

I heard one where Hyunjin was the Cheshire Cat, and Lee Know was the Queen of Hearts since he was hitting the cans just like the Queen plays croquet

Felix - Alice
Chan - Caterpillar
Han - Mad Hatter
Seungmin - March Hare
I.N - Door Mouse
Hyunjin - Queen of Hearts
Lee Know - Cheshire Cat
Changbin - Knave of Hearts
BTW I didn't think about it when I reacted and made the connection to Alice in Wonderland, but I'm guessing the scenes with the different times on the different clocks represent the Time Keeper? Like the character in 'Alice Through the Looking Glass'?
I also think Hyunjin is like a Shinigami, since he has an apple and is the one that pushes Felix ..They also say that the part where Hyunjin pushes Felix is like the Suicide Squad scene(?

The fact you catched almost all the theories Stay came up with and blend it with your own is amazing hahahaha
I think you are right in stating "duality". Their MV "All In" featured good vs evil, they each played a duo role. In "Gods Menu" they mention opening the lock. "Thunderous" was duality of past/present cultures, music, style. Then take each role that Felix played - good or evil? Each song title gives you the story.
They already have a theme since their debut (two moons, two different personalities with two different choices)
If you watch their choreography for Thunderous, When Hyunjin goes into the Center, he changes them all into zombies. He spins, the lightening comes and all the kids circle around him and move like zombies. Then the “I can feel the evil coming “ from Christmas Evel. Add in the Thunderous trailer where they are fighting bad guys, but we never see the bad guys, this really seems well thought out
Everytime I watch this trailer, I notice one more thing i hadn't before!
About the black and white rings, they were Felix and Hyunjin matching rings, they never took them off at that time.

Actually funnily enough the black & white rings are matching rings with Hyunjin and Felix
I didn't think about the fact that it my have significance simply because they are always wearing them
The Korean on Han's watch says "For the next five minutes let's fall into our emotions." And then he does the eye drops. This could be reaching, but there are many recreational drugs that were used as eye drops back in the day including LSD which has been known to open your mind or induce spiritual experiences. Lewis Carroll, the author of Alice in Wonderland, was rumored to have done LSD. Also, Jefferson Airplane's "Go Ask Alice" is all about drugs and Alice in Wonderland. Not saying that Stray Kids are promoting drug use, but it's an interesting coincidence of symbolism and musical history. Eye drops could also represent clearing one's vision to fully experience what's coming. All of it could easily be interpreted as allowing oneself to become open to the deeper thoughts and feelings of the psyche.

1:17 and when hyunjin jumped after him we thought it was like Joker and Harley Quinn scene when she fell into chemical liquid and joker jumped after her and kissed
Ironically those rings were given to him by Hyunjin who has the same rings. He bought two sets and Felix was wanting to buy a ring so Hyunjin gave him those two rings to match his rings (which Hyunjin then lost lol. The makers of the ring have apparently set out to send Hyunjin new rings) but they are personal items not necessarily related to the video. But ironic because of the fact that Hyunjin did give them to Felix in real life, to match his own rings which he has had for two years
fun fact: the black and white rings that felix have are actually one of his couple rings with hyunjin!
hyunjin and felix have several matching/couple rings that resemble their friendship. but since we saw the black and white rings appearance in the trailer, that could also be true if those rings represent the good and bad side.
thank you for your reaction. you are so good and figuring out the concept. There is so many theories for this trailer. I think mostly that stray lore or concept from the stop is they travel through different universes and locks and keys are always part of their concept. I feel the lock opening is now Felix has unlocked the self restrictions holding him back and has free him to be his true oddinary self. Breaking free from society or self restrictions that were holding him back. The trailer does have some wonderland or joker vibes to it. Who knows. BangChang said there is no exact answer and leaves it for the stays to interpreter how they think. I agree i want to see the full version of this movie. Felix and Han well all of them are so good. You can clearly see every expression Felix is feeling.
This is such a great video! You came up with theories I hadn’t even heard before. Just one note though, I think when hyunjin asked Felix if he wanted to be oddinary he said “ani” which means no in Korean, and that why hyunjin pushed him out the elevator

Side Note... They have every detail of this so perfectly thought out. I mean, I'm totally deaf and since I can't expect everyone to learn sign language for me, lip reading is my specialty. That said... Even I am left guessing. These clever men made sure all the physical nuances that are required to read his lips were essentially non-existent in that moment. They know STAY too well, they take no chances with us. Lmao

@@deborasc3511 Well, I looked into the many different things people came up with for this part in particular. And this is all I have to say... If it's morse code, it's SS and that doesn't mean anything as far as I know. And when I realized there was a period at the end of that line, "S S." Made less sense. None of the other things I heard about made sense either.
At the end of the day, everyone, I believe... Is making the whole thing much more complicated than it needs to be. I the guys are all about messing with us. But then obvious puzzles located throughout the game aren't the most difficult, If anything. 😬
They are really simple if that's the case. The 2 sets of centerline dots are placeholders for words. Then there's the simple period at the end telling me just that... It's just needs the two words, then end of sentence. I'm just so mad with all the stage issues stuff.

The theme is that everyone has odd side and you shoul not let the society you bend you down and hide who you are, both us and Stray Kids are a bit odd a bit different and that`s something to be proud off don`t play by the rules. I almost watch every reaction to this masterpiece cause I won't watch it again alone. And glad to hear you mention Death Note as a reference here because some others didn't catch that. While Hyun-jin really looks like the beautiful shinigami there
6:03 - 6:14 You mean Ryuk right? Yeah, I had the same thought, a mix of Ryuk and Light (sometimes he's portrayed with red hair, in intros/endings and when he thinks). The vibes from this trailer are dark indeed, and I'm here for it :D

I'm pretty sure Felix said: "no" Korean for no is like "any" (or aniyo) but pronounced: "ah-nee" I think that's why Hyunjin pushed him out of the window. Because he thinks that Felix was trying to bullshit. But that's a theory I've seen floating around. ☺️ I write, so I enjoy theorizing music videos!

imagine one of the iconic lines (if not the most) in the previous single was a hint to the upcoming comeback lore. GENIUS!
Also, my take on the lock thing is a bit different to DG's inference. What if the lock was meant to "lock" people in this box of being ordinary? then just after felix' answer to hyunjin's question, the lock got unlocked, and when felix fell, it broke. like Felix' ordinary self's lock got opened and shattered leading to him joining the rest of Stray Kids ODDinary selves. What if his fall led to the death of his Ordinary self and was reborn as ODDinary?
but the whole thing does give me Alice in Wonderland vibes. Hyunjin does seem to be the Mad Hatter, I mean the red hair gives it away. And Hyunjin and the Mad Hatter both discussed crossing sanity/ordinary to being insane/oddinary.

I especially loved your Monsta X and Stray Kids videos.
