    some incredible takeaways:
this game alone bumped LeBron's PPG up to 27.5
this game bumped his FG % up to 58.3%
this game bumped his 3 PT % up to 38.3%
incredibly efficient. shooting a whole 7.6% better from the field than KD and only 1% worse from 3 PT range.

KD fans have been saying "it's just one game" for like a month now
35+ on GS with the gamewinner = just one game
33 in 3 quarters on OKC = just one game
61 on CHA = just one game
6 out of 7 straight games with 30+ points on 55+% shooting = just 6 games?
shooting 58.3% from the field = just ~60 games?
get over it, he's coming for his 5th.

You can tell who the people who don't watch much basketball are when you see them saying "The Bobcats suck" "such bad defense" "anyone can score 60 on them". Notice how most of Melo and Lebron's field goals against them were jump shots? Thats because they clog the paint so well and the times that they did get lay-ups were because the lanes were opened up from their hot shooting. If you don't understand basketball gtfo.

I'm far from a lebron fan but people need to stop saying that melo's 62 point game was better. Lebron had 61 points 7 boards and 5 assists. Melo had 62 points 13 rebounds and ZERO assists. I would take lebron's performance over melo's all day long. not that either performance was too out of this world considering it was against a bobcats team that wouldn't know defense if it kicked them in the ass.

8/8 from 3, Lebron is the best player on the planet. No doubt. To all the Lebron Haters who will say he sucks and got lucky, tell me when you can make 8 shots in a row in a game from 24 feet away from the basket. I'm not really a fan of Lebron or the Heat, but how can you not be impressed with this guy?

  • @mmxv306
    @mmxv306 10 років тому +10

This pretty much backs up the statement "If LeBron took as many shots as Duref he'd score 60"
61 Points on 22-33 shooting and 9-12 from the line against a top 10 defense in the NBA.
Duref last night: 8-24 for 28 points against the same team but it was due to him making more freethrows than FGA.
Last time KD shot 33 times he scored 43 against LAL. The 2014 LAKERS LMFAO
This game bumps up LeBron's season averages to
    27.5 ppg 7 rpg 6.4 apg 58 fg% 38% 3pt.
Don't be surprised if that 27.5 number turns into 28 or 29 and the percentages go up because he ain't slowing down anytime soon. He said it himself that he's going for MVP now.
Durant's scoring average may be the same as before but his efficiency keeps plummeting. So the real MVP is finally giving 60% effort and is killing it now.

I definitely agree with D. Wilkins. LePussy plays in the softest weakest time in NBA history. Touch fouls and dunk contest rules the game today SUCKS! Sadly, what represents the 80's and 90's eras of basketball is butthurt basketball legends not recognizing new talent. Dominique says he's not impressed by LeBron's performance, well why should we even give a shit about his opinion? The guy is currently considered the best plaer on the entire planet, and possibly of all time. In other words, everyone, including Wilkins should perhaps zip it and witness the pinacle of athleticism and basketball skill playing at the highest level. Same thing goes to MJ, the biggest narcissist to have ever dared give an interview.

      3. 62 in 3 quarters vs Dallas
      4. 65 Vs Blazers
      5. 81 vs Raptors
Also forgot to add Kobe's 81 game came offf a 14-point deficit at halftime...nobody ever mentions that. Now that's Historic.

Melo scored 62 on the Bobcats earlier this sseason, now lebron drops 61 on them. LOL Bobcats fuckin suck.
Also, Michael Jordan scored 63 points in a PLAYOFF game. Oh, and Jordan scored 56 points in a PLAYOFF game. and 55 points THREE OTHER TIMES in a PLAYOFF game.
Keep trying lebron, maybe you can do it someday too when youre having the best game of your life.

i don't know what's more shocking, the fact that he scored 60+ with the the fewest free throws made (9/12) or the fact that he scored 60+ without a single dunk.

So tired of people saying "it was only against the bobcats" when they are so ignorant and don't know that the cats are almost in the top 5 in defense. All these haters try to take shit away from an amazing performance because they can't accept greatness before their very eyes. Rant over.

For all the idiots who somehow think Melo's game was better....
    Lebron: 22/33 FG, 8-10 3pt, 9/12 Fts, 7 reb, 5 ast
    Melo:23/35 FG, 6-10 3pt, 10-10 Fts, 13 reb, 0 ast
And how the FUCK do you think Melo had a better game? LOL. Lebron managed 5 ast while scoring 60+. Melo couldn't do that in his dreams. And he's a better shooter, yet Lebron was better from 3. HILERYUS.

    • @217ShowOffBoii
      @217ShowOffBoii 10 років тому +1

For that game, Lebron shot better than Melo from 3. For the '14 season, Melo still has him beat, 42.4% to 38.4%. So yes, Melo is still the better from 3.
