Lucas and Peyton are a storybook romance and their relationship came out of pure understanding of each other. Brucas, on the other hand, had actual development. They learned things about each other through interaction and not because they share the same interest.
It's a shame that we have to put up with LP being "soulmates" when we all know BL is much more deserving of each other. They're relationship progressed into love. He didn't tell her, "I guess I'll be seeing ya." and then BAM! Endgame.
fireteardrops I wouldn’t call Lucas and Peyton storybook romance. I love storybook romance lmao. Leyton is plain boring imo. They don’t have much chemistry, and it’s just meh.

When he gave her tric to use for her studio without having her pay any rent n without her asking for it wasn’t big? When he helped her through with fake Derek even when she didn’t believe him wasn’t big? When he followed her out of town to go see Ellie wasn’t big? When he followed her when she thought her father was dead after she couldn’t reach her dad wasn’t big? Luke would do the same thing n more for Peyton or any of his friends as long as they needed him to.
@@AllThingsLife269 WTH 😂 let’s just preface this by saying I was like 18 when I wrote this..10 years ago lol. To ME, this was still factual because i had just started this show. I was only 2 seasons in. Now with more context about the rest of the show I can say that you’re right about everything you wrote. With that being said, I still stand by my opinion that Lucas and Peyton felt forced after season 3.
@@jayjitsuu I didn’t look at the yr u wrote that though😅😂. Well, everyone have their own opinion even I was surprised when I found out this yr that Brooke n Lucas main character(Sophia and Chad) was once married bcos I never felt their chemistry in the show when I watched it more than 5 yeas ago so I wasn’t expecting any real life marriage. Oh! I even forgot the biggest thing, Lucas wrote a whole book about how much he loves Peyton(I said this just as Brooke said it too in season 5 to Peyton). He also wrote his second book about how much he was yarning n wants Peyton just like Hayley explained it after proofreading his 2nd book for him.
It's a pity that Chad Murray & Sophia Bush got divorced in real life.
I miss these two together. I've tried to like Peyton & Lucas together but really, I just cringed at ATTEMPTING to like them. Brooke and Lucas are perfect. Peyton just doesnt seem to look right with Lucas but whatever the director/story person wants, goes, right?

Brucas was the better pairing .. Leyton dead ass looked like siblings with non existent chemistry and their development was ass … Brooke & Lucas had just as much screentime but their chemistry was unparalleled something Leyton could never measure up to 😂

@GimmeDrama yeah i would say that too, but mark WANTED brucas he just couldn't because sophia and chad wouldn't have felt comfortable at all after their divorce :(
Im an obsessed OTH fan and Im still holding out for Brucas too, even if they happen at the end as the show's series finale. I will be grateful for just that much... IDK I guess I'll be able to move on (let the show go) if that happens in the end. I don't like Pucas!
