id say the buildups dont quite match with the drops, but the drops themselves just bring out so much punch. good sound design, very weighty hits, liking the metallic snare as well.
Roundtable is better than most of the regular disciple releases in the last year. I’ve posted some comments lately about disciple not being that good anymore, but everything off this Roundtable album has been awesome
I think the sounds being a little pulled back gives its own different kinda force. Sure these sounds could be loud and powerful, but this is power in its tightness That pan snare in the second drop is perfect.
Not insane on the first drop but the rest delivers, the build up transition into the 2nd drops do feel a bit underwhelming tho, other than that, sick tune
This song is sort of a mixed bag for me. The first drop is probably my least favorite part of the song. The drop is very straightforward and the stabs don’t have much weight to them. I just really feel like it lacks a LOT of energy. The second and fourth drops are pretty decent. I like the more gritty delivery with the stabs. I also love how he layered the snare with what sounds like two swords clashing. Now the third drop… oh boy. The third drop is basically the first but flipped on its head. The stabs are VERY weighty, the flow is really solid, and it’s just pure energy. Very solid song, but I just wish the first drop was better than it was. 8/10

That second drop, it's not good to put a snare ting, it's better to put a heavy snare. the others drop is good. the third drop is better than the first and second drop. continue to feel I enjoy quite a bit. the last drop I feel is the same as the second drop there is no change. Yeah, pretty good track.
