Thank you very much sir, this really help me. Now I just reset the ink pad counter and the printer are back to normal again 😊
Some tips, you guys must have to check the ink pad first after that click the main pad again and then initialize the selected counter value. Then, turn off the printer as instructions and turn on again. And ta-da! Your printer can be used again for print, copy or scan 🎉
