Nice! Entertaining and informative as usual. FYI, there have been bearing failures (plural) on the RS. Clearly these new hollow-bore motors (Gotway & Inmotion) are a work-in-progress and the jury is still out. Good luck with yours - I'll be watching :-)

they gotta go back to the old motor style, waaaay too many bearings failing on the hollow motor. one guy already replaced his RS bearings twice!
I for one haven't heard of any bearing failures here in the UK and my one doesn't seem to have issues
There has been one bearing failure in the us, you need to wait and see how things play out before making assumptions.
Whilst I’ve just received my Sherman, I think the 100v MSX is the best EUC released so far asides from range.

New hollow motors need to be infield tested with the repair or exchange process explored. Such an advancement means better performance so great to see. Bearing failures may just mean aftermarket upgrades.

Tip. Invest in to a gimbal for the cam 😉
I would like to have MSX 100v for my second wheel (I own MSP HT) it's sad that they don't make them anymore ;/

Allmost payday. Nikola Plus is on my list. I am considering RS HT for future purchase. But Sherman comes after the Nikola.

I also want higher pedals. For Sherman it's ok...because it's more stable at higher speeds. But with RS HT I want to ride more technical.

So mine just showed up. I'm brand new to this and there is absolutely no user manual. Would be good to know how they want us to first charge up the battery and how to adjust everything on the wheel with the buttons etc.. any help for me on where to find that?
Any idea where I can get the side pads from they look comfy and my legs are sore

Thanks for your video.. About to get my first EUC and decided on the RS high torque.. The second v2 batch with higher pedal hangers and improved bearings are due around mid December.. Looking forward to your review after riding.. Especially off road with the lower pedals.. Hope the bearings are ok in your unit as there have been a number of bearings issues with the RS
Are the higher pedals and bearing upgrade confirmed?
@@kmfos2658 I was told on the phone and can see on their website for the RS that Euco (distributor here in the US) had messaged Gotway and they confirmed the v2 RS units will have higher hangar pedals and improved bearings and they will be receiving them mid December.. Can't speak for other distributors..

@@kmfos2658 that's who I ordered with too and yes make sure they know you want the v2 .. highly recommend to wait, especially if you need higher clearance for off road riding and have more peace of mind that the bearings issues have been fixed

No mudguard?.... that is weird..... mine had mudguard and new side pads.... I guess it all depends on a shop you're buying it from. and speaking of lights.... they made some significant improvements...they changed angle of the light.... and now it's less blinding for pedestrians.... and provide excellent road visibility... even on high speeds.

@@FernellyMrFerns i got the rs high speed. its great on road not so great at climbing. which is fine since i rarely take on mountain tracks
6:30 Ninebot were putting good charging ports on their EUC’s 5+ years ago. Gotway are still using cheap parts in 2020! (Look at the trolley handle for fuck sake....lmao)

Seems like gotway is trying to make little bit better high quality wheels and with that they change their name to distinct that. But we'll see when more reviews and Begode wheels come out :D

Hey man, I have a question about the sherman: all the newer models come with the red light in the front? Or only some parts of the world? If all come with red, are there any other changes besides the light and firmware?

What does transport mode mean?
It’s a mode where you can’t turn on the motor so if by any chance the wheel turns on in the box - it won’t start turning

The only thing they got right is hollow motor. Gives some hopes for the future. Everything else is wrong in this high torque creature. Pedals too low, pedals angle wrong. Worst MSUPER yet.
