Hi, I'm a student at LSE too, studying Management in 1st year, I was wondering how I could get work experience at a startup/smaller finance firm? (didn't get any spring weeks either) Do I reach out to them directly? Also, thank you for your videos, they're great.

Hi, don't worry too much! I'd recommend looking via LinkedIn, or websites like Wellfound talent where you can get unpaid intern roles over the summer, in addition to cold calling. Glad you find the videos useful - is there anything you'd like me to make a video on in particular?
