that's just having a good wrestling skilset and experience. the football player excuted one of the most awkward looking f double legs I've ever seen. it only worked because the coach was turned away from him initially and was taken by complete surprise. i still feel like the coach could have stopped it but chose to roll with it's momentum instead causing him to flip the player using his own momentum.

Never underestimate old man strength. I made that mistake once in high school and thought I’d stand up to my dad (I was in great shape and he wasn’t anymore). He literally tossed me into the kitchen trash can 😂. Old man strength is real.
