you have to change the resolution on windows settings app, open it with Win + i

you can use the settings shortcut (idk it) or ms-settings:// in the run box or a browser. kind of lucky that my phone display does offer that level of clarity

i have suggestion
next time you are gonna adjust your resolution, i think 1280x720 or 1600x900 is already enough. Because its so hard to see if watching from a phone.
