Try unsalted butter to make your own clarified butter/pure gheu.That will definitely tastes better than container/glass brought Indian ghee.

Represent us better...... doubt anyone in the Himalayas eat Dhedo twice dally and also the plates are made of brass (or gunmetal) and not copper. Coppers what we consume water from. A little research please but all in all a good effort.
