Amazing teacher! God bless you !!!
Thank you so much for the kind words! It’s really appreciated 😁🙏🏼

Great your video helped me understand where to put the inverse operation. Thanks!
I don't pay any attention in maths class in school, so videos like this really help. This helped me understand how to change the subject a lot better, so thanks!
Thank you for making revising easier for me!!
I wish you were my teacher.Thanks 🤝💯
Thank you, very helpful indeed :). These videos help cover most of the subjects I’ve been struggling to get on the top of my head.

this video helped me out a whole lot, omg
So glad to hear it 😁🙏🏼
For the fraction one , do you have to put it in a bracket tho like can it be the same just with out the brackets

Awesome, thank you! So glad to hear it's helpful!
This guys a legend
Hi I just wanted to ask a question please for the question on 5.55 do you need to include brackets or can you leave them without brackets thank you for the great video.
Amazing, thank you.
i used to hate this topic, but i never realised how easy it actually was
Wow you teach better than my teachers
What do you do if the letter you are trying to make the subject is under the divison bar? For example P=V/R (you need to make R the subject?
swap P and R so you get R=V/P
Just got 66/80 in a mock exam, thanks a bunch.
Wow that’s amazing well done!!
@@GCSEALevelMaths2025 Thanks sir
thats not xD sorry
You should be aiming for at least 75/80 but still well done i guess
Honestly thank you so much! I understand this now
Thx for helping me abt bond 11+ test

All I can say is 👍👍👏👏👌, What a really good teacher
Thanks brother this helped a lot 🥰🥰😜😜😝😀😀
So glad to hear it helped! 😁🙏🏼
Also what are the topics for paper 1 maths?
THANK YOU
Do we really need this maths in life?, I’m currently failing school and my mind can’t process maths in my head. I stare blankly at a question for minutes that slowly turn into hours trying to crack the code but I still fail to do so.
Gcse don't really matter. What truly matter is a levels or college.
@@sanykorodrigues5451 Not exactly, you should take your GCSEs seriously simply due to the fact that it's the foundation and proof of your worth ethic for universities to see (if you are planning on applying to them.)
Practice makes perfect, I didn't believe this statement when I started competitve programming but it certainly is the case here; GCSE maths is repetition and memorisation, start from the bottom and work your way up, scout the internet and join communities that can help you out on questions you are currently stuck on. In addition, you should also notice your weaknesses and strive to work on them. Linking back to the "strive to work" aspect of my "motivational message", you should spend multiple days really trying to grasp the topic at hand before making an assumption on whether you don't or do understand, I apply this knowledge in my own life and believe me it works.
@@sanykorodrigues5451 well yeah you need to do alright on your GCSEs so you can get into college
ikrr, there are some math concepts that are important but as you go higher math gets harder and more useless. im not gonna need this in the real world
Is expanding a bracket as the final answer optional?
i love ur videos
Do you have any video on harder topics when the subject value is on both sides??
I understand the questions in the video, but I always seem to get the harder ones wrong when there is the subject value on both sides, so that would be helpful if he did have any more videos. ???
I have found it! ua-cam.com/video/ugcR-khcTLQ/v-deo.html
i got a question similar to 5:50, but i expanded the bracket and my my teacher marked it wrong...
thank u so much i didnt get this at all since my teacher taught this in german bc of a silly language event. i think i already told u😂 anyway, ur my fav maths youtube account and my mum also likes watching with me tooo!😎
Haha I still can’t believe that 🤣 so glad you are enjoying the channel! Nice to hear it’s becoming a family event too 😁🙏🏼
but doesnt 5p change because there must be a change in times? 1:57
my question is on Make x the subject of y=x+3 divided by 5 shouldnt that equal 5y divided by 5 = x as you have to multiple by 5 in order to work out everything else which wouldve got 5y=5x+15 as you multiply everything that is in the brackets ????
very helpful thanks alot
THANKS this helped
in this answer y+8x4=x correct or this answer is wrong
Thankyou This channel is really helping me and could you pls tell me the answer
Don't forget that when rearranging a formula there shouldn't be any multiplication symbols! so 8x4 would be written as 12, but if you are multiplying the whole side by 4 then you would write that as 4(y+8) = x or 4y + 32 = x
very helpful man
day before my maths gcse (well more like 10 hours before..
this has been so much help as i’ve always struggled with this topic. thanks so much honestly your channel has taught me so much over these months :)
Good luck mine is today too ^v^
we struggling out here😭
good luck to you too!! let’s hope for the best :)
yup😭 we will be okay though just keep going i guess :)
@@ainehoyle7558 good luck for your exam🫶🫶
Thank you very much. This really helped me learn the topic and the questions were fantastic. Please carry on doing these videos and I am subscribed.
Thank you very much for your videos! They really help and ameliorate my knowledge on some difficult topics in maths. :>
My pleasure! So glad to hear the channel is helpful 😁🙏🏼
Thanks
Genius!
Does it matter which way you put it round the letters with numbers ?
Emmanuel kalumba That entirely depends on the question but the short answer is yes! If you are referring to writing 3n or n3 then it absolutely matters, numbers always come first 😁🙏🏼
@@TheGCSEMathsTutor Hi does it have to be in order letter wise for an example s=w/a work out the subject w it would be SA?
@@merveilleekalakala4088 no. If it’s multiplication the order doesn’t matter, so you could write ‘AS’.
Think of 5x2 and 2x5; they both equal 10.
is it wrong if i put 5p+ y, or the order doesnt matter
These are so helpful thanks
thank you so much
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Am not getting why u are adding 4:00
Sue Ali To reverse subtracting 8 from the one side you add 8 to both side leaving you with +8 on the other side 😁
@@TheGCSEMathsTutor thank u soooooo much, I have been watching ur videos and I can see myself improving. Can u make a video about polygons?
Sue Ali Great news! I’ll add polygons onto the list 😁
Omg ur so helpful
All ways feel better when i get questions right lol
Wait this is for GCSES bruu i am doing this in year seven lol but a very big thank you for teaching me how to do this👍
everything you do in yr 7 is for gcse this is foundation lol, this is yr 7 stuff
Thank you!!!!!!!
nice video man
Y = X/4 - 8 ... I don't understand how when you add 8 to both sides, you add it to right side and don't really do anything with it. And I get that it's changing the subject, not finding the value, but it goes from Y = X/4 - 8 to Y + 8 = X/4 and I understand how you get to that formula, but I don't understand how you +8 to 8 and then it just kind of gets forgotten for the rest of it.
Or is it because it's Negative 8 + 8 which is 0
Thank you, you're probably a 1/5 of my life because I want to be an algorithm programmer
Thanks alot
This was so helpful thank you so much keep it for your good job!! :)
So glad to hear that! Thank you for the kind words 😁🙏🏼
Great videos, awesome channel! Face reveal at 100k subscribers?
Haha we shall see!! Thank you for the kind words 😁🙏🏼
Actually am not getting from 2:36
