I've made most of the parts of the arm with eva foam uh... how did you get them to stay together and as for the under shirt I was thinking of getting a black morph suit. Maybe I can help answering your question, as I am also a Kamen Rider Cosplayer, albeit from another country. To get the hanging parts like the upper arm armor, or thigh armor stay in place, you can use safety pin placed at the inner side of the armor and fasten it to the inner suit. Alternatively, you can use velcro, but you will have to sew one part of it to the inner suit. As for Kamen Rider Black RX inner suit, I recommended using a green morphsuit instead of the black one, as RX's thighs and upper arms are green, so if you use a green morphsuit, you will no longer need to use or make the upper arm armor anymore. 😁 Oh yeah, I'm not recommending using a hot melt glue to stick the eva foam together, because it will come off on it's own after some time as hot melt glue will not stick at the molecular level. The best glue for sticking the eva foam together is contact cement. Number two is an cyanoacrylite-based glue like super glue, but it will reduce the flexibility of the foam, It's best used for sticking small, bended parts like the sides of a muscle parts in an armor.
