Does these trees require much water?
That’s a good question! I think they like the filtered forest environment where there’s usually some dampness, even in dry season. All the coffee plants were sheltered by taller trees/plants.

Patty, is there a road from Boquete to El Valle or do you need to get there from the city?
Yes, the InterAmericana then turn off on one of the mountain roads to get to El Valle. From Boquete is almost 6 hours.
