In 21:27 there’s a mistake. The translator said that Allah is not aware of what you do. The correct way should’ve been and Allah is not unaware of what you do.

The reciters voice is clearly audible but Sheikh is barely audible when driving

So it's not just me. I'm not driving. But putting both ear buds, I can hear better. But yes it's very low.
