Just picked up a 97 speedster with the dual motors. These boats rip and turn like a jet ski! Love it

for the size yes, i would recommend a outboard rather that a inboard and not a 2 stroke especially an older 2 stroke
seats 6, if it is all adults watch for the weight restriction because it will not plane if it is too heavy
