Sorry for late upload, I accidentally scheduled this video for the 28th of December.
The Falling Mysts is one of my favorite newgrounds tracks, so to see a level using the entirety of the song is really cool. It's really ambitious too, going with a super high detail style of decoration for nearly five minutes straight. I mean, just the copy I got for this preview has nearly 300,000 objects, so I can't imagine how huge the finished level is going to be. The gameplay is aimed to be top 1 in difficulty, which I don't really mind as due to the length it means the level won't have to force terrible timings everywhere. The theme is of course hell theme, which I am nearly sick of at this point, but the decoration is really unique and I honestly really like where the level is going.

With more and more deco, it's becoming apparent that this is an actually good modern hell themed and-or straight up Khorne style Resurrection that lives up to the standards we want to see top the the list. Great stuff (especially The Falling Mysts song choice)

How am I this early, I was just thinking about this level and watching the other previews. This level just represents The Falling Mysts so well and is a really uniquely hell themed level. Lets see what the showcase has got! :)

I don’t hate this level, personally I think is okay but we should rate levels based on the effort we should rate them based on results, this level has some things I don’t like, for example the deco, the realistic style looks the same in almost every level and here it isn’t an exception, the gameplay and the level itself doesn’t have anything unique or interesting but at the same time it’s not bad, the deco even if it’s not unique still looks good, ive witnessed the development of this level almost since the beggining, I even tried to make some deco a few years ago but I was too lazy and it didn’t look that good. This comment is way longer than it should be at this point lmao.
This looks really cool so far with the crimson looking concept at the beginning, then it gradually changes style into a more fiery/lava looking level as it goes on. The gameplay also looks pretty cool. Can't wait to see this done

@k7ms_rl i agree, i think about good hell level (ex, reanimate), for really good jobs at conveying the theme, though hell levels is a pretty broad category and it makes it easier to just forget and get some mixed up

This is a good TOP 1 level.
I don't understand how people dare to say the gameplay is bad at the same time as overhyping stupid wave/ship levels with the gameplay quality of a challenge.
This really feels like a TOP 1, one of those that test everything not only Wave and Ship but also Cube, Robot, Spider, UFO, Ball, Duals, memory and nerves.
"Gameplay isn't fun" as if Slaughterhouse or Sakupen Circles were fun.
Deco is in early stages but I really liked some parts.
Realistic deco isn't a bad thing and isn't as generic as Modern, Glow or 1.9 styled levels so I don't see the problem here, not every level must be an experimental mess.
Excuses to not like the level.

@@atfrice And wave. I was refering to Wave and Ship carried levels, the two gamemodes being most of the gameplay.
And I hate when people complain on entire deco styles just because they don't like it.
At least try to say what is wrong with the deco not "ReD hElL LeVel cUluK kOpi".
I only pointed out the ship/wave heavy levels because to me it's curious to see people complaining about the gameplay (without even playing the level) and then hyping for the next VSC like level, making hard Wave and Ship gameplay is very easy that's why creators put this two gamemodes more often than the others.
The difference is that I know this is just my opinion and that's why I don't comment on Wave/Ship levels because I don't like hating on a genere of levels.

Only issue with this is the difficulty (above aeturnus) and the deco (which is good but the object count finna be like 700k)
@@pixelatedcatlover not really, I expect a final level with 300-400k since despite the preview shows 300k obj, aproximately half of the objects come from the gameplay itself
while the song takes me straight back to the good old days of 1.9 i can't help but wish there were less hell themed upcoming top 1s

Not gonna when this was first previewed like when it's first layout version I thought it was just a joke then the revamp came it and I thought it looks cool but I had low expectations on the decoration but this honestly better than I expected and thank god it was a unique kind of hell theme

The decoration is great, it manages to pull off the hell theme well with lots of variety between the parts. My only complaint is that the lighting in some deco parts is rough, but I'm sure everything will be polished over time
