It was a great match. I’m Canadian. I’m. proud of them. I think we have a good future with Davies. Football is getting more popular here. Can’t wait till the World Cup is here.
The boys definitely score more goals when I back them!!! If I’m at a games or watching from home… the support matters. That said, no way I could do what they do on that field every week!! 💙
That's why my dad never will never "remember" to bet on his football team for a big match because both times in the last decade he's forgotten they've won a huge victory.
Idk, a high level sports team is nothing without the support of their fans. Even though this is college football, the TV money/ticket sales/merchandise bring in a TON of money to the school. I feel like the only people who says that are people who have never played on a team sport growing up.
I wouldn't necessarily say cheering influences the team, but you as the fan supporting the team allows it to even exist in the first place, thus making you a part of the team every fan of a team just just choose to stop supporting it one day. That team would literally be gone within a month so in that way we the fans are the foundation of the team and thus part of the team
I mean, you're correct that financial support is the most influential support fans give a sports team. But the "home field advantage" is well known. Players are human beings, and many find hearing fans cheer to be motivational.
3:56 when I was a kid, before I watched sports, I totally agreed with Tania, but I've come to the point that I actually believe we jinx the game and we usually DVR it and don't even watch it live, LOL. Yes, I recognize the ridiculousness! 😂 15:49 callback to the Friends episode where Ross had to play the woman the Lamaze class, lol.
I'm from Argentina, and yes, WE won yesterday against Canada ;)

@@chrisbudberg8769 You had us a little worried in the first half XD
In India flying kites is a festival. Everyone flies kites during the festival time and it's not considered childish like in the West.
I once took a 7 hour train to go and 7 hours back for just a weekend with my girlfriend! The struggle is real guys!
1:42 I googled it. Turned out both Friends and TBBT has the same filming location (park). I did not know that. Good attention to details, guys :D
Love your commentary! I think we’ve all been in Leonard’s situation at some point
Friends was in New York. Big Bang is in Pasadena, California. It's not the same park.😊
But it is the same filming location. Which is why the recognized the park.
Filmed same location

What do you guys think of Wolowitz's olive green and bright blue sweater outfit? Yuck! I love green and blue together, if it doesn't have olive green.

@@ericakate The fans are the foundation of every team without them the team doesn't exist. Therefore, it's fine to say we when the team wins

1984 Everton v Watford I think I willed Andy Gray to score in the F,A. Cup final. Amongst a no of games.
Peak starts
Agreed, no we didn’t win anything. If I’m not in the game, I didn’t win or lose. As much as God gave one team an advantage over the other.. 😊
That story after the reaction was hilarious 😂
