I'm a car guy and I love crazy concepts and not just them, but I don't want a car that won't let me drive it.
Some better models will let you drive it or not. I want that choice.

What if someone steals your phone? Do they have full control?
It must have voice recognition. But I worry about seat belts or is it that it can absorb the shock without throwing u forward.?
@@RoxannaMoos2014 AI can mimic your voice too. If you are dumb enough to let a machine take control of your life, your genes are not needed in the future anyways.
Autonomous driving can be cool to some extent, and it would be great for the car to drive for you when you don't feel like it (like if you feel sick or are very tired). However, as a young car enthusiast, I hope we will still have a choice of driving our cars when we want to, rather than just always having the car driving for you always since driving seems fun. It feels like a loss with electric cars taking over (nothing really compares to the exhaust and feeling of driving an ICE car), and losing our ability to control our own cars feels like a dystopia to me. Even if governments mandate self-driving cars one day if technology improves to the point where a self-driving car is magnitudes safer compared to a human driver, I hope that the driver could still have some interaction with the car in some way, shape, or form; maybe choosing what roads/path you would take similar to touch-drive in asphalt 9 would still allow the driver to connect and interact with the car in some way.
Supercar Blondie Great Video I think the All New Audi Aicon is absolutely incredible and I would definitely enjoy being driven around
I would not mind riding in one of those things because I can tell you this I may be blind and partially-sighted it would also help me get around much easier than public transportation. All I would have to do is tell the car where to go and it will take me to where I need to go. As a matter of fact I do believe that Audi here to start producing self-driving vehicles for the blind and partially-sighted. And with no steering wheel and pedals that will work just fine for me!

Awesome concept design. Love the idea of cars talking to each other cars or road users. Only criticism will be rear seat doesn't look that comfy.

In a parking lot there is no space for suicide doors at all due to the car parking next to me. It's a nice show effect though. Also the door opening should happen quicker when I use it everyday.

So what we will left with in the end in the future? We will do nothing, the machines will do anything and we will be totally bored, and look for some life in a virtual world. It's sad that the fun of driving is gonna be taking from us too 😢

Cool concept... however, no seatbelts? Seems risky if the cars needs to come to an abrupt stop. Do you technically need a drivers licence to own one if no one is driving/ everyone simply is a passenger? If not, what would be an appropriate age for someone (with no licence mind you) to own one? Wouldn't it be pretty important to have a pretty easily accessible manual emergency stop button of some sort, just in case. Also for different places, like for example Germany's autobahn, (which is a motor/free way) where they have sections with no speed limit (not that it would be the smartest idea to take a self driving car on the freeway) what speed would the car go to? Would it simply keep increasing it's speed till it reached a speed limited part of the freeway? Would it drive way slower than you usually would on that type of road, making it take twice as long to get to your destination compared to if YOU yourself had driven to the destination?

Also i was wondering, what was this with the phone to open the car and so on? The car of the future please recognizes me without me needing to tell my phone to open the door. I would still rather use a simple push on a button.

At least a brake to allow driver to take over the control of the car, just in case the the camera malfunctions and cannot detect objects in front or someone crossing the road.

love this audi. love the glass. i am not a fan of tiny blinking lights. glad to see a clean front dashboard. question is what would we be doing inside autonomous cars? ai will give us new experiences while travelling. maybe listening to music and watching videos will be retro. + such cars are gonna be very fast, meaning we will travel large distances and living in suitcases. sc-fi has been explored in movies but what AI is capable of is gonna be a civilization in itself. we will coexist unless offcourse climate change 🍔
