I used U B' R U' B (M2) B' U R' B U' alg for Q for a while now, its from JPERM's M2 tutorial. But this alg (U M')³ U M (U M')⁴ for Q is smoother to execute even it has 16 moves. Thanks 👍

I've seen 2 different approaches for the I/S C/W targets. Wouldn't it be confusing to remember the actual letter and reverse it in execution, as supposed to reverse it in the memo? @@billyjakebulda3624 Hi, I currently don't recommend learning orozco unless it's as a placeholder method for leanring 3-style algs (I have a brief mini tutorial on it in that context in the 3rd part of my 3-style tutorial series)
@@billyjakebulda3624 3-style is current the only 3-cycle method I really recommend, what I recommend you use depends on what kind of time goals you're aiming for
i feel like there are some methods that are about as fast as M2 that use UF like BU orozco, and eka also exists also i dont think the finger tricks for I and S are optimal
I agree, they're probably a bit faster too. I chose M2 because it's simple/easy to learn (and don't require an extra level of on the fly thinking like the other methods) I prefer fingertricks/algs that are both fast and consistent even if they may be like 0.1 secs slower than the best single time of the 'objectively optimal' alg/fingertricks (pretty much all my 3-style algs follow a similar idea)
@@hannguyenkha9281 to solve flips, you do the setups/algs for both of the stickers on the piece: e.g. to deal with the flip on the front right, you can either do PJ or JP

Cool, I switched from m2/op to eka/3style 2 minute pb drop, 6 mins something to 4:05
Seems like i am quite fast cz my pb is 2:49 and itz jus my 6th bld solve

Hi Jack! I have been looking for a Good m2 tutorial and i already know this is a Good One!❤️
❤
The music made me feel like I was getting brainwashed ngl
You are beyond Awesomeness!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
💥💥💥💥You are best bro💥💥💥💥
The music in the background is unsettling
Good tutorial bro. Keep it up!!!
I have already learned m2 from j perms videos and I was looking for some better algs and I've got what I've been looking for . Thanks
samee
Thanks for this educational vid jack!
For UB you can do only M2.
Thanks for the vid!!
I’m just getting into 3BLD and wanting to compete in it on Apr 18!
What is the background music? It’s a bit annoying.
How did it go?
What while be the parity alg if using M2 3style
Please tell me what to learn after oldpochmann\m2 please😄😄😄
if you want to reach sub 1, m2/op is enough, if you want to reach beyond that (perhaps sub 30), then you need 3-style
You grand master in blindfold you are the best you are my favorite
thanks!

wait if you swap in memo, for example with c, do you keep going from w, or do you keep going with the next sticker from c
Any tips for memorisation for people with op op. Know op op but I find it very hard to memorise everything

Man I miss this guys videos
Very helpful thank you so nuch jack ❤️
glad it helped!
What happened with the multi blind series?
I took a break and it ended up lasting longer than expected hahah, will probs start it up again soon
I use audio for edges chunking in 4 letter pairs
Tips for switching to M2 from 3 style??
Ben Baron why
start doing M2 after every comm to practice
is the parity just like op/op parity, but instead that alg u do the one in this video?
This is like leranig a cube for first time
The tutorial is excellent and all, but once while I was memorizing I got the letter pair CW. How do I deal with it?
in execution you'd do the inverse of W so you memorise CW and execute CC
i got a 3:38 in 3bld in my recent comp. using op method
so should i switch to M2 now or should i just practice old pochmann..
what i think is memorization is going to improve with time and practice anyway...whether is use old pochmann or M2.
so should i switch?..
im also familiar with M2 i did some successfull solves on it but never practiced it as a comp. was coming up..but now i have plenty of time to practice. so what do you suggest?
I'd say switch to M2, shouldn't take too long to adjust and with what you average now, it should be worthwhile 👍
Make a video about Orozco for corners
Hi, how you can use M2 for edges and 3-style for corners? I don't know what to do after visual-flip 😂😅
thanks
What cube are you using in this video?
Why does the q and e were upside down when I do the parity Algorithm
so if i get w/c/i/s on the second letter of a pair..do i remember the normal and perform inverse or do i remember the inversed letter and perform what i remembered?
in this tutorial I recommend doing the first (but I know there are other ones that say to do the 2nd)
I'm using M' U M' U M' U2 M U M U M U2 to flip edges at the end. Just to be sure this isn't a bad algorithm to use right?
that should be fine, if unsure how it compares to just using M2, you can time both
Awesome 👍

hi, ive been practicing m2 for a while now but cant seem to improve. How long does it usually take to be sub 1 on m2/pochman?
switch corners to orozco
its so effictive and lowered my pb
Jack, i still don't understand 3-style for edges
It's hard to use finger tracing the edge pieces and i always leave one or two edges🤦🏼♀️
what do you think about Rw'/Lw instead of x', for regripless?
I tried it out and I think that they're roughly around the same speed as the rotation algs
@@JackCaiCubing thanks man, I guess I'll go with the simpler x'
How will you know if you will have a parity?
odd number of letters for both corners and edges
Do you recommend learning eka or Orozco?
I don't think you need either (as an intermediate method)

D' L2 D (M2) D' L2 D
new here. Nice explanation. finally can advance on to m2. But he looks more like an *asian* than an *australian*
glad it helped, well both of my parents are Chinese but I can't speak any so I'd call myself Australian hahah
No you can be sub 48 with M2 OP if u are like Lucas Etter or me
sub 1 is a more popular/general goal so I used that instead 👍
Is it normal that i solved a 4x4 first before i can even solve a 3x3
to solve a 4x4 you *have* to know *3x3* + centers + edges + paritys... so i'm guessing no..?

why are you here then
Who’s here so they can learn 4bld 😂
There is a much faster alg for Q: URU' uRu' M2 uR'u' UR'U'
it's a bit faster, I opted for the MU alg since it felt more consistent
,👍
M6 is faster
i use a blindfold that you can peek through xD
