That is because it IS Champa's Seiyu in the dub. Many Voice actors from popular Anime do dubbing of Foreign productions. Although Transformers is a Shared franchise between the US and Japan, TF Prime was made in the US and premiered in the US, then the show was Translated in Japan, that is why the characters really do not fit the characters originally made in the US, and on this show in particular The Decepticons are not called Destrons and Optimus Prime is not called Convoy. They remained as they were named in the US, in contrast with many of the other Transformer series that were made in Japan and then Translated in the US starting with the early RID series, Armada, Energon and Cybertron. As much as I love Anime in Japanese, I have always hated the Japanese versions of Transformers. I recently heard the Korean Dub of TF Prime, and it was done justice, keeping the characters the way they are as in the US version, only in Korean, very good indeed, and finally NONE of the Transformers yelled "TURANSUFOM!!!". Airachnid stayed the same scary seductress evil way she was in the US version, while in the Japanese dub they make her a ridiculous thirsty boy hunter perv that gets all bubbly and wants to marry Jack...yes...marry Jack..."Jaku Chan...notice me" type of annoying >:(

If I'll ever watch this show with friends I'll watch it in Japanese, hearing these guys with gag voices instead of those typical silent evil guy voices is more Intriguing!
