      Yup, thank you for watching and commenting. Next week's video will be installing a kit on the center black part and heat sealing the edges. 👍🏻😁

      😆 🤣 Thank you, Al. I appreciate the feedback! I definitely want to make sure the video gives enough info. But it's also nice to turn the camera off and speed up the process! 😁 It also cuts down on editing time.

      Sometimes we can sell bulk material if that is what you are looking for. It's only something that we would do for viewers of the channel. Reach out to use at UA-cam@encorewindowtinting.com

    Hello! What products do you use for application? In Brazil we don't have anything specific. Can I find it on Amazon? Thanks.

      The h9se has my slip solution, and the spray bottle has my tack solution. Here is a link to a video that goes over my solutions and what is in them. 👍🏻😁 ua-cam.com/video/xGjn2rwh-W4/v-deo.htmlsi=KotCgOeeAXc8GzrV

    What's the general rouls of installing ppf on all types of bumber? Can you please make a on this topic please 🙏 Sir.

    • @EncorePPFtint
      @EncorePPFtint  8 місяців тому

      I think cleaning and prep work are very important. Then the install. It's also important to make sure and heat seal all of the edges of the PPF before the customer picks it up. That will really help things stay down and reduce failures.

    is a steamer any diff from just using a heat gun?

    • @EncorePPFtint
      @EncorePPFtint  4 місяці тому +1

      Yes, it's very different. A heat gun would be very inefficient and probably dangerous due to all the water being used. A heat gun is very focused heat. It's also blowing a lot of air, and it's a very dry heat.

    What thickness is the PPF

    • @EncorePPFtint
      @EncorePPFtint  7 місяців тому

      7.5 - 8 mil. 😁👍🏻

    • @kiasydwx
      @kiasydwx 7 місяців тому +1

      Thanks for replying you make it look easy🔥. Its no wonder why I have some issues with 10mil and 12mil thick film. Also were did you get the board you peeled the ppf on?.

    • @EncorePPFtint
      @EncorePPFtint  7 місяців тому

      @kiasydwx Thank you. The 10 mil film reminds me of some of the old 3m and SolarGard ClearShield I used to work with. I had to use a steamer during every installation. Fun stuff! We also used to use it on a lot of headlights.

      The glass on the wall? One piece was from a very large slider door. The other was from a dual pane window that I took apart. Both were purchased at a Habitat for Humanity.
      I also have another piece that was from a large glass conference table. I got that piece for free on Facebook marketplace (or Craigslist) because they just needed it gone. It's 5' x 10' and very heavy.
