Good video, up to the end.... Preferably you should marinade the steaks in some garlic, wine, spices for a few hours. Once steak fried and removed from the pan add some of the marinade to the pan to make a bit of a gravy. The bread needs to be dunked into that gravy! and then served. Otherwise, great video!
A traditional Prego meant to have fried egg ham cheese lettuce tomatoes. I only know this because my in law are from madeira and its one of my favourite foods there
Lurpack spread is not "butter". It contains some butter, but it's better to use real (pure) butter. (Unsalted - as there i already a lot of salt on the steak).
