@Devir Games. There seems to be some confusion on BGG about the Main Cities performers. Does the performer have to be exact with the number as with the color. The question that is coming up is some thought if they had a higher number than required number in the main city it was ok to perform. Others think as well as my self you can only perform their with the exact number.
