I suppose one of my keystone habits is watching videos like this regularly! Also it was very helpful when you said that if a habit doesn't resonate with you, it's essentially worthless. It suddenly felt like I had permission to not be so disappointed if certain habits don't stick to me, so thanks!
My two keystone habits are listening to podcasts/audiobooks/interviews on my way to work and back and reading a little bit as the last thing before I go to sleep. Love you guys and wish all of you the best for 2022!!
Honestly you're one of the best content creators! You inspire me every time I watch your videos. I hope be as productive and successful as you one day.
Hey Tina it’s really encouraging to hear from your personal experience. Also motivating to know that some habits work and some doesn’t, so just keep on trying until it stick!
That was excellent!! Way better than i thought! And i was really surprised to see that you're a weeb just like me lol. The amount of details made it feel way longer, i felt relieved by how comprehensive it was and how related with me. It's been a while since i've seen a Self Improvement video that felt so gratifying and helpful, thanks. P.S. You have a really beautiful smile
Hhhhhmmm so based on this video, I think my current keystone habit is watching tons of daily tutorials. Need to change this in 2022. New keystone habit: Code a minimum of 20 mins daily outside of work creating something I feel might be a good one. Thanks Tina 🌻
Hi Tina! Is it possible for you to make a video about logic building in programming? Specifically tips that can help someone improve their problem solving skills so they can make a rough algorithm for a problem. It would be really helpful.
Hi Tina and Happy New Year! Where can I read more about this method? I started learn English again and found this good channel about learning for new things, but my English level is not enough for understanding this idea in video for 100% and I want to read about it. Thank you!!!
Hi Tina, I really like your videos and appreciate the effort you put into them! I really can tell how the quality increased since the beginning. However sometimes it is hard for me to follow what you say and read your written comments at the same time. Maybe I am not alone with this struggle and you might overthink it :D
Hey Tina! Lovely video, just managed to finish it. Do you have any advice on trying to establish more than one keystone habit? Is it something that can be done? And if so, do you think that it would be done by adding keystone habits one by one into your life once you have "accomplished" the previous one?
I am writing this before watching the video, I read about keystone habits in the book Power of Habit. I am assuming this book will be mentioned in this video.
I want to go to data science bootcamp and i know nothing about statistics or linear algebra. Do you it's best to do software engineering start and then switch over to data science or just jump straight in
I Literally want to learn python so bad I bought a book and everything else but I don't even know how to download it on Chromebook it's so confusing😭 how do you download it I'm literally crying.😭
I work 6 days a week, manage a house I rent out as a landlord in between, earn $100,000 a year, and am studying for my second Masters degree at the University of Cambridge. I don't do any of these techniques.

Tina, I support all your keystone habits BUT I can not get behind waking at 6am! 😵🙅🏼♂️😜
Doable, but needs a bedtime of 9 pm or 10 pm
630 maybe...
Get a shift for 7, or 6, and you'll see changes.
I wake up at 4:55am Monday to Friday so I believe you can do it to 🌻
I’m more of 5 - 5:30 person myself.
