Confidence breeds success and success breeds confidence...which is why when one experiences failure, it can become hard to overcome the mental trauma of what is to come. Yet, that is why we should learn to fail quickly, find time to recover and regain confidence through the smaller wins.

I suppose one of my keystone habits is watching videos like this regularly! Also it was very helpful when you said that if a habit doesn't resonate with you, it's essentially worthless. It suddenly felt like I had permission to not be so disappointed if certain habits don't stick to me, so thanks!

Hey Tina! Lovely video, just managed to finish it. Do you have any advice on trying to establish more than one keystone habit? Is it something that can be done? And if so, do you think that it would be done by adding keystone habits one by one into your life once you have "accomplished" the previous one?
