    Excellent video! Thank you, Annette. I was at the store here in Bologna the other day looking over all of the flours and other than 00, I was stumped! In Atlanta, I use 00, AP, or self-rising sometimes. That's it. So this video was super helpful!

    He’s so irritated, lol😂 not to sure if he agrees with anything she says. His side looks are hilarious. He looks like he went to school and has been baking for years, yet standing there like a prop while she schools him on every flour he bakes with. I enjoyed this video.

    Love your food review videos, with Leo standing to the side silently determining if he agrees or disagrees with each of your reviews. I guess it's a quiet humor! The Nero, I think segale = rye, not ash or charcoal, in fact I don't think that really has ash or charcoal in it, does it? Ciao bella
