Hello, there. Thanks for your comment. We understand why you're wondering if you can get MS Teams Admin usage reports using the Graph API. We're here to assist you.
Yes, you can use the Microsoft Graph API to pull usage reports from MS Teams Admin. You can use the Microsoft Teams activity reports getting insights into the Microsoft Teams user activity in your organization. You can also use the Graph API to export Microsoft Teams PSTN usage records. The reports API provides data that’s available in all usage reports, including organization-level summaries per service, entity-level (user, sites, accounts) usage information for the last 7/30/90/180 days, and daily activity aggregates. You can visit this link for more information: msft.it/6050isnjg
We hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

Suppose if we have list of 100 users and How to get Sign in logs for those 100 users..

Hello! We got your comment. We understand you are looking for a way to retrieve sign-in logs for a list of 100 users from Azure AD using MS Graph PowerShell.
To begin with, to access sign-in logs, you need an Azure Active Directory P1 or P2 license. However, to use Microsoft Graph PowerShell, you need to obtain an access token for the Microsoft Graph API by registering an application and granting the necessary permissions.
Furthermore, while we seek to provide more assistance or further details, scenarios like this require additional help from our Azure Support than we can safely achieve here. Have you tried contacting them for support and expert advice through this link: Contact Microsoft Azure Support - Microsoft Support?
We'll keep an eye on your response.
