Claudia or anyone that made this recipe is there a big difference if you use the media cream or crema Mexicana I’ve never used media crema but I found it at the grocery store but I can’t decide which to use help!!
I've actually used both and the flavor doesn't change...I think the only difference is with the crema Mexicana is fresh and needs to be refrigerated and the media crema is canned,therefore a longer shelf life
Claudia omg this recipe was DELICIOUS! Love it! Using it as meal prep through the week, although it’s probably not the healthiest due to cream cheese and crema but I used low fat in both so I’m not too worried about it lol
