Friction feeding system with bottom feed first technology
• whole machine speed is synchronized & can be controlled by a variable AC speed drive
• stack of product is placed in the magazine provided with adjustable guide
• feeding area have individual friction belt with vacuum to avoid jamming of product due to product stack
• product is friction fed by multiple friction creating rollers with orings, in case of product being thin we provide separate motor drive to reverse pull & feed technology- useful in case of thin PP bags & labels
• after feeding the vacuum based conveyor carry forward the product for further processing like inkjet printing or counting or label applicator etc
• the structure is rugged & heavy Stainless
• encoder mounting can be given on request at extra cost
