Do bees thrive in Anel hives? Days 32 and 40

Part three of a four part series that evaluates how well honeybees do in an Anel plastic hive body by comparing one package of bees started in a standard wood hive to a package started in an Anel hive. At 32 and 40 days the adult bee populations are still near the 12,000 or so bees added from the package but there is a noticeable difference in the amount of brood between the two colonies, there is more brood in the Anel plastic hive body.
