tbh I was SO excited to make this vid for you! I really wanted to make a vid that focused more on the Olivia-Walter-Peter dynamic showing where they started and where they ended up etc.... ngl though it took a bit to figure out what vid I wanted to make for you (I swear I literally started three other vids before landing on this one lol (I was really hoping to finish Pysch before your birthday, so I could vid it, but I'm still on the last season lol)), BUT once I got the idea for this one I just KNEW I had to make it! I hope you like it!

OKAY AMBER HERE I AM FINALLY to properly freak out about this... first of all, the thumbnail alone killed me. Like, that Peter and Olivia scene? It is *the* scene that, when I first watched it, I went "okay, I'm in trouble with these two" and well... obviously I was right hahaha since they haven't left my mind for a few months now. Then I saw which song you picked. Do you know I've literally been thinking about how I miss people editing it just a few days ago? I was always SO obsessed with those kinds of edits so to see you make one, and for my birthday most of all... it was such a DREAM haha. Now onto the video itself... well, you know I love your editing style. And here it just went so well with that song. And THESE THREE, my little family and best part of the show!!! I love love love the voiceovers you picked, especially the first one, they all fit so well. One of my favorite things about this song is to see who is put where like "the prophet", "the liar", "the honest", etc. etc. and you matched them all SO WELL. The build-up from "it's the moment of truth and the moment to lie, the moment to live and the moment to die" to the more upbeat part of "to the right, to the left etc. etc." gave me CHILLS like you intertwined all those scenes and voiceovers so perfectly and ofc you used the best scenes to match the lyrics!!! Also the scenes you added for "it's a brave new world" like the two Walters together or the Olivia/Fauxlivia hug or THE PREGNANCY KISS... yeah I teared up a little 😭 And then the slower part... god it made me so emotional. (The "raise your hands into the sky" with that scene of Peter and baby Etta PLEASE.) And the whole thing with the white tulip!!! Once again I'm absolutely obsessed with how you put all those voiceovers together and made the parallel each other. It just made the whole thing ever more emotional. Then once again all the fighting scene!!! You just really NAILED that song and all its different pacing I swear... only to END me as you finished the song with all these happy scenes until THE Walter sacrifice and Olivia and Peter's reactions to it like and the very last scene being the dandelion like 😭 I definitely can't thank you enough for this masterpiece. It's just... PERFECT. So thank you SO much for this, I'm so glad to have known you and followed you through fandom to fandom in these past years, YOU are the sweetest most talented one ♥ (Also also!!! Love the text!!!)

Okay so first of all- literally SAME with that scene from the thumbnail being the one to make me obsessed with polivia lol it was THE moment that I knew without a doubt they'd be one of my top ships!!
And aaaahhh yesss I saw your tweet about missing edits to this song!! I was literally BEAMING like oh that's perfect timing 😂
And awe I'm so glad you liked that part! I was a little bit nervous about fitting those beginning lyrics (the prophet, the liar, the honest etc) since I narrowed the focus of the video to just the main three characters (but tbh I knew that if I had all the Fringe characters included I'd completely mess up the pacing of the video because I'd want to cram in EVERY character since I love them all so much lol).... I'm glad it worked out lol bc for each of those lyrics I swear I could think of like three different things that would fit so it was SO difficult to chose lol
And oooh yess I was so excited to match scenes to the "it's a brave new world" part of the song because not only did I LOVE the build up before it became slower and more emotional, BUT the two-part season 4 finale episode is titled "brave new world" so OF COURSE I had to use the pregnancy kiss for that part lol 😄🥰
And awe I'm so glad you liked that part!! The scene with Peter and baby Etta is actually the first part that got me inspired to use the song- I was going through vid ideas and when I was relistening to this song and heard those lyrics I just *knew* I had to put that scene with it!❤️
And OMGGG I'm literally OBSESSED with the white tulip!! The amount of times it shows up throughout the series and what it represents to Walter gets me SO emotional so I was ready to put it all together and take no prisoners 😂❤️❤️
And I'm REALLY happy you enjoyed the more fast-paced fights scenes, too! I think that might've actually been the most challenging part to vid lol... I had the most difficult time finding clips that fit that part bc I didn't want it to look super repetitive, and I don't remember the fight scene as well as the character-driven emotional scenes lol... SO glad that worked out😅
And ahahshfjsks yesss I'm so happy you liked the ending of the vid, too❤️
