Kubiak is good but Derek’s IQ on reading defenses is thru the roof. I guarantee that if you plugin Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Haener, or Rattler into A Kubiak offense, they don’t come out clicking on all cylinders! Derek has tons of experience from a crap load of Pro NFL starts. Experience matters my dude, Derek is reading the defense as he approaches the line of scrimmage and within seconds he’s narrowing his options and has a real good idea where he’s throwing the ball according to what he sees the defense doing. Derek is the real MVP my dude!
