Burns was next in line and Ali squeezed Belal in Title Eliminator match when he knew very well that the probability of Burns losing due to the weight cut.
Instead of telling Burns that there was no need since he already had a shot guaranteed he pulled that stunt. Just so he could get a double check and get his brother a title shot.
