Canvas - Students Report that a File is "Unauthorized"

Here is a quick fix for those times when a file is "unauthorized" within Canvas - but it seems to be set correctly.
Incidentally, I'm sure Canvas would fix this, but most teachers I know would rather just run this fix than report the problem. Who wants to leave their students high and dry when a few clicks can solve the problem?
