ingredients
2 cups rice flour
5 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp melted butter
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
toppings of your choice like
shredded young coconut meat
grated cheese
salted egg
NOTE:
i used flower size 5 inches in diameter
bake in preheated oven 200 C'
45 to 1 hour until golden brown perfection.
adjust and extend the baking time depending on the oven you are using.
