Made this for my son and he absolutely loves it. I subscribed to your channel after I seen this. Really wanting to try some of your other wood projects next. Thanks again. Great video.
This is all kinds of awesome, and makes the Six year old me very excited. The 45 year old me likes it too. lol. I would go with a giant T-rex footprint shaped base for mine. Brilliant project!!!
Really cool 😎 brother nice job I'm not one of those safety types but I would cover the back we're you put black glue on the connections just for added safety
Thanks for the video and the templates! I used them to make a wall lamp out of 4mm beech plywood with a small led bulb to be used as a nightlight: My son loves it already! However, I am still contemplating about the finish: I do not think that the chemical aging will have the same cook effect on the very dense beech - it has very fine grain that almost doesn't show...
great job. love ur vids and I might look in to buying a tool you have probably heard of by Drimmel which works as a scroll saw. It's not too expensive too. keep on making stuff.
Hey Vinny! Great project, I actually ended up making one myself only minus the light! 😊 I have a quick question I'm wanting to make a dragon skull version, how would I go about making a pattern similar to yours? I only have little knowledge in making patterns
I have a video where I show how I make my templates and plans that you might find useful (ua-cam.com/video/W1Xi8qjkRhg/v-deo.html). I use Adobe Illustrator but if you don't have Illustrator and want a free alternative, I recommend Inkscape (inkscape.org). I am currently working on a follow-up video where I go into more detail about how I make templates/patterns that span multiple pages but that video isn't quite done yet.
Vinny! thanks for another awesome video. I was starting to get worried thought you dropped off the grid you haven't posted a video in awhile! keep up the great work love the vids
Thanks for the great comment! I'm still around and making projects and videos. This one took (much) longer than expected but my next one should be much faster.
Ha ha. Yeah, the crossed hands thing was very awkward but I had to do it otherwise my left arm would have blocked the camera. The things I do to get the shot...
Awesome project! I can hardly wait to make one of these for my grandson.
Made one of these as a Christmas present for my nephew. Turned out great. Thank you for the free templates and how to video!
Awesome!
