This delicious cottage cheese pie can be prepared in just 15 minutes! My mom shared this recipe; she often prepared this recipe for family tea parties. Cook and enjoy with the whole family.🤗
Ingredients:
Flour - 400 g / 2.5 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/8 tsp.
Butter (cold) - 200 g / 7.0 oz / 10 tbsp.
Natural yogurt - 4 tbsp.
Egg - 1 piece
Sugar - 4 tbsp.
Filling:
Cottage cheese or ricotta, cream cheese - 500 g / 17.6 oz / 3 cups
Egg - 1 piece
Egg white - 1 piece
Natural yogurt - 2 tbsp.
Sugar - 4 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Additionally:
Egg yolk - 1 piece
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Powdered sugar
The shape is 22x22 cm
Glass - 250 ml
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 35 minutes
